Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions

The product must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• With all tags and accessories
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products damaged due to customer misuse

Refund Process

Once the returned product passes inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
